Overview:   Large lounge, main bedroom, small bedroom, fitted kitchen, bathroom and WC. High ceilings, the gabled portions limited to window areas, providing architectural features rather than restricted headroom.  Let to 2-3 persons, or families up to 4 persons.

 

Lounge:  The spacious lounge has a gable windowed dining area with panoramic views of the bay.  Features an Axminster carpet, comfortable seating, dining table and chairs,  book shelves, digital television, DVD, G Plan teak coffee table, decorative lighting, pictures and mirror, ornaments, plants and flame effect electric fire..

 

The main bedroom is large, has a king size bed with fitted headboard (plus a single bed by prior arrangement).  It has a locally made Goodacre Axminster fitted carpet, percale duvet covers, sheets, pillows and co-ordinating curtains.  The Stag Minstrel bedroom suite comprises double wardrobe, high chest of drawers, dressing table with triple mirrors, and bedside unit.  Other articles include a stool, suitcase stand, Corby trousers press, framed pictures, clock-radio, decorative lighting and small colour TV.

 

The single/twin bedroom is small, has one or two full size single “Diplomat” beds, percale linen, coordinating curtains and a Goodacre carpet. The room has a chest of drawers, chair, and a small wardrobe is provided.

 

The kitchen has fitted units providing plenty of storage space for the extensive equipment supplied and ample room for guests’ own provisions. Features include a stainless steel double oven cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, food processor, steam/spray iron with ironing board, dishwasher, auto-washer-dryer, Dyson cleaner, many kitchen utensils, stainless steel pans, bead pattern cutlery, Royal Doulton and ‘Steelite’ crockery and absolutely everything likely to be needed! Tea towels, hand towel, table cloth and cleaning materials provided.

 

The bathroom is compact but has a small spa bath with shower above, wash basin, towel rails, bath mat, stool, wall mirror with shaving socket, and a heater. Leads to toilet. Suggest car travellers bring hand and bath towels if possible, but we can supply.
